Please read these Terms before using our services or completing a purchase. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
If you are purchasing Foundations™ or the optional Private RAC Mirror Session™, please review Section 6 — Paid Products and Services before authorizing payment.

The website www.risingambitions.com is operated by Justin Yang under the independently operated personal brand RISING AMBITIONS CONCEPTS™.
References to "we," "us," and "our" refer to RISING AMBITIONS CONCEPTS™ and its operator.

6.1 Foundations™
Foundations™ is a paid educational offering listed at $797 USD.
The offering is organized around Identity, Meaning, and Perception. Its components include the Identity, Meaning, and Perception Treatment Sessions, the RAC Operating Manual, and any additional materials expressly identified in the offer at purchase.
The specific access rights and deliverables included in a purchase are those represented on the applicable sales and checkout pages.
Foundations™ is intended for educational application, reflection, and independent decision-making.
6.2 Optional Private RAC Mirror Session™
Customers may be offered an optional Private RAC Mirror Session™ as an additional one-to-one educational service for $497 USD.
The session is intended to provide individualized discussion of the customer's Foundations™ work, including patterns, contradictions, assumptions, and areas for further reflection.
The Private RAC Mirror Session™ is not included in the standard $797 Foundations™ purchase.
Customers who do not wish to purchase the session should leave the optional add-on unselected at checkout.
The session is educational in nature and is not medical treatment, psychotherapy, professional counseling, or another regulated service.
6.3 Pricing and Payment
All stated prices are in US dollars unless otherwise indicated. Any applicable taxes or additional charges must be shown before payment is authorized.
By completing a purchase, you authorize payment of the displayed order total for the products and optional additions you have selected.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including PayPal and other supported processors.
Orders are considered paid when the applicable payment processor confirms payment.
6.4 Digital Delivery and Access
Foundations™ is intended to be delivered electronically following successful payment, through the access method identified in the offer.
Delivery instructions, access information, and related communications may be provided by email or through a designated digital platform.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and retaining purchase confirmations.

6.5 Foundations™ Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of Foundations™ and access to its educational materials, purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except where refunds, cancellation rights, or other remedies are required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer protections.
Customers experiencing billing errors or material delivery problems should contact us for assistance.
6.6 Private RAC Mirror Session™ Scheduling and Cancellations
The Private RAC Mirror Session™ is an optional purchase.
Following purchase, scheduling and any preparation information will be communicated to the customer.
Purchasing a session does not automatically reserve a specific appointment time.
Customers who wish to cancel or reschedule a purchased session should contact: justin@risingambitions.com .
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund requests will be reviewed in light of the status of the service, conditions disclosed before purchase, and applicable law.
These Terms do not establish a fixed cancellation deadline, automatic cancellation fee, or unconditional refund entitlement.
Any additional cancellation or refund conditions must be disclosed before purchase.
6.7 No Guaranteed Results
Neither Foundations™ nor the Private RAC Mirror Session™ guarantees increased income, business performance, personal transformation, or any other specific result.
Individual experiences and outcomes may vary.
7. License for Purchased Materials
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a purchase grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for individual educational purposes.
Customers may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, reproduce commercially, or share paid access without written authorization.
8. Customer Communications
We may send necessary transactional communications relating to purchases, billing, digital delivery, scheduling, customer support, and service-related updates.
Transactional communications are separate from optional promotional emails.
Purchasing Foundations™ or the Private RAC Mirror Session™ does not automatically enroll the customer in marketing emails.
Where marketing communications are sent, applicable consent requirements and unsubscribe rights will be respected.
9. Third-Party Services
Our website and related business operations rely on third-party providers for hosting, payments, communications, content delivery, analytics, and privacy controls.
